Our fee for buyer representation is 0.89% of the home's selling price with a minimum of $4,000 and the remaining of the commission offered to us by the seller is refunded to you at closing,a Realtor rebate of around 2.11% of the sales price. a 70% agent commission refund. For properties below $200,000 buyer rebate is 30% of our commission.

In the event that we show you three homes or less and write only one offer for you which gets accepted by a seller - Our fee will be reduced to 0.7% of the sales price or $3,500 ( which ever is higher). The rest off course will be refunded to you at closing. Properties below $200,000, buyer rebate will be increased to 40% of our commission.
