Once you identify the homes your are interested in we will step in and provide you with full service representation for a lower flat fee of 0.89% of the sales price (or $4,000 whichever is higher) and the remaining of the commission offered to us by the seller is refunded to you at closing, a Realtor rebate of up to 2.11%

in the event that we show you three homes or less and write only one offer for you, which gets accepted by a seller - Our fee will be reduced to 0.7% of the sales price or $3,500 ( which ever is higher). The rest of course will be refunded to you at closing. Properties below $200,000, buyer rebate will be increased to 40% of our commission.
